We have received instruction from the FA that from Thursday 24th September, anyone attending our training or matches, at any location MUST scan our NHS QR Code to assist with Track and Trace.
The QR code will be displayed just inside the entrance gate and along the fence line (there will be multiple posters to avoid queuing but please just scan one).
You will need to scan the code EVERY day you attend.
Please make sure you download the NHS Covid-19 App, photo attached, ready for Thursday. (Please note the App is not ‘Live’ yet but we assume this will happen on Thursday).
